IBC Frankfurt Achieves WiredScore Platinum Certification Again

Branicks Group AG has announced that the International Business Campus (IBC) in Frankfurt has once again been awarded the WiredScore Platinum certificate. This recognition highlights the building's exceptional connectivity infrastructure. The IBC, located on Frankfurt's Theodor-Heuss-Allee, is part of Branicks' Institutional Business portfolio and serves tenants from the financial and service sectors.

The WiredScore Platinum certificate is reserved for buildings with superior digital infrastructure, evaluating system redundancy, reliability, mobile coverage, as well as user transparency and flexibility. The IBC comprises three office buildings with a total of 84,000 m² of rental space. Additionally, two components of the IBC have received LEED Platinum sustainability certification, while another has achieved LEED Gold.
