Broadpeak SA: Update on voting rights and shares as of April 1, 2025
On April 4, 2025, Broadpeak SA, a leader in video streaming software solutions, published data relating to the total number of voting rights and shares in its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
As of that date, Broadpeak had 12,541,686 shares in its share capital. The theoretical total voting rights amounted to 21,475,685, including double voting rights. However, the actual total voting rights, after deducting the 62,766 treasury shares, was 21,412,919.
