Total number of voting rights and shares of Broadpeak SA as of 01/05/25

Broadpeak SA, a specialist in software solutions for video streaming, has announced details of the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of May 1, 2025. According to the press release, as of May 1, the total number of shares stood at 12,541,686.

The theoretical (or gross) total of voting rights was 21,475,685, including double voting rights. The actual (or net) total of voting rights, which excludes in particular the 44,307 treasury voting rights, was 21,431,378.

This information, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, reflects the importance of the shares held and the weight of the decisions taken at the general meeting for Broadpeak.
