Bureau Veritas has communicated the figures relating to its shares and voting rights for the month of January 2025. This information meets the obligation provided for by article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of January 31, 2025, the number of shares outstanding was 454,179,820. This quantity includes shares issued through the exercise of stock options since January 1, 2025, if applicable.
