Bureau Veritas Strengthens Position with Lotusworks Acquisition
Bureau Veritas has announced its acquisition of Lotusworks, enhancing its reach in data centers and entering the semiconductor sector. This move is expected to solidify a EUR 300 million growth platform, driven by AI-construction investments. Headquartered in Ireland, Lotusworks specializes in commissioning and quality services for key facilities across the US and Europe, generating EUR 131 million in 2025.
The acquisition aligns with Bureau Veritas’ LEAP | 28 strategy, marking its place in the data centers and semiconductor manufacturing market. Financing will be achieved through existing credit lines, with an enterprise value of EUR 375 million. The transaction is set to close by summer 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
