Status of shares and voting rights at Bureau Veritas
Bureau Veritas, a public limited company based in Courbevoie, has published the total number of shares outstanding and voting rights as of November 30, 2025. This regulatory information is provided in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.
As of November 30, the number of shares in circulation reached 453,916,256. This figure includes new shares created via Euroclear, following the exercise of share subscription options since the beginning of 2025.
The total number of theoretical voting rights is 560,890,697, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 550,627,131.
