Update of voting rights and shares at Bureau Veritas

Bureau Veritas, a company specializing in testing, inspection and certification, published on March 7, 2025 its figures relating to shares and voting rights in circulation, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. As of February 28, 2025, the total number of shares in circulation amounted to 453,879,520. Concerning voting rights, two figures are notable: theoretical rights total 583,720,122, while exercisable voting rights number 578,760,241. These figures reflect in particular the new shares created in Euroclear, following the exercise of subscription options since the beginning of 2025.
