Burkhalter Group acquires company in Uster

Burkhalter Holding AG has announced the acquisition of Gattiker Elektro GmbH, located in Uster (ZH). The company, which has been operating in electrical engineering since 1998, employs three people and generates annual sales of approximately CHF 1 million. This acquisition is part of a succession plan for the owners of Gattiker Elektro GmbH.

The strategic transaction aims to integrate Gattiker Elektro GmbH into Oberholzer AG, another company of the Burkhalter Group based in Uster. Retroactive to July 1, 2025, Gattiker Elektro will continue its operations as a branch of Oberholzer AG, thus ensuring job continuity for current employees.
