Burkhalter Group Acquires Elektro Gasser AG

The Burkhalter Group has announced its acquisition of Elektro Gasser AG, a company from Lalden in Upper Valais. With a workforce of seven and annual revenues of approximately CHF 2 million, Elektro Gasser AG has been active in the electrical and telecommunications sectors since 1991. The acquisition aligns with Burkhalter's strategy to expand its market presence.

The company will become part of TZ Stromag, a division within the Burkhalter Group. A new branch, named Gasser Elektro ICT, will be established at Elektro Gasser's current location. For the time being, Elektro Gasser AG will continue to function independently, retaining all its employees. This acquisition underscores Burkhalter's continued focus on strengthening its foothold in building technology.
