Burkhalter Group Acquires Engineering Office in Visp

Burkhalter Holding AG has announced the acquisition of Mathieu Ingenieure AG, an engineering firm in Visp, Canton of Valais, effective 1 April 2025. This transaction highlights Burkhalter's strategic expansion into energy consulting and building technology planning.

Mathieu Ingenieure AG, founded in 1994, employs seven staff members and reports annual sales of CHF 1.5 million. Specializing in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems, the firm will operate under its existing management and retain its current name and workforce.

This acquisition is expected to enhance Burkhalter's capabilities in the energy and building technology markets while ensuring the continuity of Mathieu Ingenieure AG's operations in the region.
