Burkhalter Group Completes Capital Increase Successfully

The Burkhalter Group has announced the successful completion of its capital increase. This move is part of the acquisition strategy for Progressio Holding Ltd liab Co and its subsidiary, anplaq ag. This acquisition necessitated the issuance of new registered shares to fund the purchase. The capital increase involved issuing 39,484 new shares, each with a nominal value of CHF 0.04, from the company's existing capital band.

The purchase agreement, effective since 1 May 2026, stated that part of the payment for Progressio Holding would be in Burkhalter's listed shares. Following this increase, Burkhalter Holding's share capital has risen to CHF 426,464.56, now encompassing 10,661,614 registered shares.

These new shares will start trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange on 24 June 2026. This strategic financial move highlights Burkhalter's commitment to growth and expansion through key acquisitions within the industry.
