Burkhalter Holding AG acquires AZ systems AG in Landquart

The Burkhalter Group announces the acquisition of AZ systems holding AG and its subsidiary AZ systems AG, both specializing in building automation, located in Landquart, in the canton of Graubünden. AZ systems AG employs ten people and generates annual revenue of CHF 1.5 million. Its expertise includes systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and shading, thus complementing the Burkhalter Group's existing offerings in the region.

This acquisition aims to strategically expand the services offered by the group and strengthen its position in the building technology market. The co-directors of AZ systems AG, Corsin Alig and Martin Eckoff, will continue to manage the company, which will retain its name and current location while maintaining all jobs.
