Burkhalter Holding successfully completes its capital increase

The Burkhalter Group has successfully completed its capital increase for the acquisition of Progressio Holding Sàrl and its subsidiary anplaq ag, both located in Tamins. The transaction, undertaken to finance the acquisition, resulted in the issuance of 39,484 new registered shares, bringing the share capital to CHF 426,464.56, divided into 10,661,614 shares.

The new shares will be tradable on the SIX Swiss Exchange from June 24, 2026. This initiative follows the purchase agreement of May 1, 2026, stipulating that payment would include Burkhalter Holding shares. The issuance was carried out using existing capital fluctuation margin, thereby strengthening the group's financial position.
