This information is disclosed in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des marchés financiers.
As of April 30, 2025, VEOM Group's share capital consists of 8,050,331 shares. The number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 8,629,841, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 8,571,824.
VEOM Group, which operates under the Euronext Growth code ALVG (FR0013530102), continues to strengthen its position in the smart home space.
