CAFOM announces the repurchase of 28,392 treasury shares in September 2025
On October 2, 2025, CAFOM announced that it had repurchased 28,392 of its own shares during the month of September. This transaction was carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
The acquisition of shares took place on the Euronext Growth market, under the code FR0010151589. Transactions took place between September 1 and 30, 2025, with daily volumes varying between 3 and 382 shares, and a weighted average acquisition price ranging from €8.90 to €11.50 per share.
CAFOM, a major player in home equipment in Europe and overseas, is pursuing its loyalty and development strategies. The company owns several major brands, including Habitat and vente-unique.com.
