Cairn Homes Executes Share Buyback

On 8 September 2026, Cairn Homes plc repurchased 147,840 of its ordinary shares. The buyback took place through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, affecting both Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. The shares acquired on Euronext Dublin totaled 98,578, with a volume-weighted average price of €2.7902. On the London Stock Exchange, 49,262 shares were repurchased at an average price of £2.3963. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.
