Cairn Homes Plc Announces Board and Committee Changes

Cairn Homes Plc announced significant updates to its Board Committees, effective January 1, 2026. These changes follow the scheduled retirement of Giles Davies, a Non-Executive Director with a decade-long tenure. Linda Hickey will join the Nomination Committee, while Julie Sinnamon will take a seat on the Remuneration Committee. All committees will maintain full independence post-restructuring.

Orla O’Connor is set to take over workforce engagement responsibilities from Orla O’Gorman. The Nomination Committee has also initiated a search for an additional independent Non-Executive Director. Bernard Byrne, Board Chairman, and Michael Stanley, CEO, expressed gratitude for Davies' contributions, particularly in sustainability and environmental impact.
