Cairn Homes Plc Executes Share Buyback
On September 16, 2026, Cairn Homes Plc executed the buyback of 150,000 of its ordinary shares. This repurchase, conducted via Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, involved the intermediary Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The transaction is part of the company's share buyback programme announced earlier this month.
The repurchased shares, purchased with prices ranging from €2.7300 to €2.7700 on Euronext Dublin and from £2.3350 to £2.3800 on the London Stock Exchange, will be cancelled. The weighted average prices per share were €2.7564 and £2.3643, respectively.
Following the cancellation of these shares, Cairn Homes' total number of shares will amount to 627,473,467. This strategic move complies with Article 5(1)(b) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
