Cairn Homes Plc has announced the purchase of 100,000 of its ordinary shares on 16th October 2026. The buyback was conducted on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The shares, each valued at EUR 0.001, are to be cancelled.
On Euronext Dublin, 70,000 shares were acquired, with prices ranging from €2.6450 to €2.6600, averaging €2.6514 per share. On the London Stock Exchange, 30,000 shares were bought, priced between £2.2300 and £2.2400, with an average of £2.2347 per share.
Following this transaction, Cairn Homes’ total shares will amount to 625,134,524. This activity is part of a buyback program announced on 2nd September 2026, aligning with Market Abuse Regulation compliance.
