Cairn Homes Plc Executes Share Buyback

Cairn Homes Plc has confirmed the acquisition of 300,000 ordinary shares on November 25, 2024, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The repurchase, facilitated by broker Deutsche Numis, included 200,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 100,000 on the London Stock Exchange.

The highest price paid was €2.100 per share on Euronext Dublin and £1.748 on the London Stock Exchange. The volume-weighted average prices recorded were €2.083694 and £1.739713, respectively.

Following this transaction, Cairn Homes will reduce its total ordinary shares to 624,393,041, with each share retaining one vote. This action aligns with the company's strategy disclosed on July 3, 2024. Cairn Homes currently holds no treasury shares.
