Cairn Homes Plc Executes Share Buyback

Cairn Homes Plc announced a buyback of 100,000 ordinary shares on 5th October 2026. The shares, each valued at EUR 0.001, were acquired through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The transaction occurred across Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. Specifically, 70,000 shares were repurchased on Euronext Dublin and 30,000 on the London Stock Exchange.
