On September 15, 2026, Cairn Homes Plc acquired 150,000 of its ordinary shares as part of its ongoing buyback programme. This transaction was executed through the Company's broker, Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. The repurchased shares are to be cancelled.
The shares were purchased at varying prices, with the highest reaching €2.73 on Euronext Dublin and £2.3350 on the London Stock Exchange. After this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares issued by the Company amounts to 627,623,467.
These actions align with the Company’s strategy to manage its capital structure efficiently. Following the buyback, Cairn Homes holds no shares in treasury.
