Caldwell Partners with Deloitte Canada for Prestigious CEO Award
Caldwell, a retained executive search firm, has announced a three-year sponsorship with Deloitte Canada for the Canada's Outstanding CEO of the Year® Award Program. Deloitte Canada steps in as the presenting sponsor, with Fatima Laher, Deputy Chair of Deloitte Canada, becoming the CEO of the Year Advisory Board Chair.
John Wallace, Chair of the Board at Caldwell, highlighted the shared commitment to strong leadership between the two organizations. Celebrating its 36th year, the program aims to further both the CEO of the Year and Futures Fund Scholarship programs. Fatima Laher expressed enthusiasm for championing impactful leadership.
The Advisory Board, composed of over 20 esteemed leaders, annually selects the CEO honouree. Alexandre L'Heureux, CEO of WSP Global and 2024 honouree, joins this year. The 2025 honouree will be announced in February 2026.
