Calterah Launches Advanced Radar SoCs for ADAS and UWB Solutions
On June 5, 2026, Calterah, a leader in mmWave radar technology, introduced its latest radar SoCs at the Calterah Day showcase. The Kunlun-Pro and Andes-Pro chips are designed to meet the emerging needs in automotive safety and the regulatory demands of Euro NCAP 2026 and China's L2 ADAS regulations.
Kunlun-Pro boasts a 5T4R mmWave configuration, offering enhanced performance with a 10x more powerful RSP, increased CPU efficiency, and improved SNR compared to current models. Andes-Pro, as the first 6T6R ADAS radar, provides superior range and angular resolution, offering a cost-effective solution compared to 8T8R products.
Beyond mmWave innovations, the CAL1106AQ SoC incorporates UWB radar capabilities, launching suites for Child Presence Detection and Parking Assist Systems. These developments highlight Calterah's commitment to advancing vehicle technology, with over 30 million mmWave chips shipped by Q1 2026.
