TeamViewer FY 2024 Results Show Robust Growth

TeamViewer SE, headquartered in Göppingen, Germany, reported a strong financial performance for fiscal year 2024. The company's revenue grew by 9% year-over-year to €671.4 million, surpassing its guidance range. Enterprise revenue experienced a substantial increase of 26% year-over-year, and the adjusted EBITDA margin reached 44%.

The fourth quarter was particularly notable, with enterprise revenue up by 38%, contributing to a 47% adjusted EBITDA margin. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) also grew by 7%, indicating a continued demand for TeamViewer's solutions across various regions. The acquisition of UK-based software company 1E, completed in January 2025, is expected to enhance TeamViewer's market position further.

Despite ongoing macroeconomic challenges, TeamViewer remains optimistic about future growth, projecting a further increase in revenue and ARR for 2025. The integration of 1E and new strategic plans are expected to support sustained double-digit revenue growth from 2027 onward.
