TeamViewer SE Adjusts Revenue Forecast Amid Q3 2026 Results
TeamViewer SE released its Q3 2026 financial results, reporting an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of €736.9 million, reflecting a slight decline of 0.6% in constant currencies. The company achieved a revenue of €184.5 million, which is a 2.2% year-over-year decrease. Additionally, the Adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 42.8% for the quarter.
The company's performance in Q3 showed strong momentum in its TeamViewer ONE and DEX product lines. Despite this, delayed conversions of enterprise deals and renewed economic uncertainties in Europe are predicted to impact revenue growth in Q4.
TeamViewer has revised its full-year revenue growth forecast for 2026, now predicting a contraction of 1% to 2% compared to FY 2025. However, they maintain an optimistic outlook for ARR growth in 2027, driven by the scaling of its Enterprise sales organization and improved business conditions in the US.
