TeamViewer SE AGM: New Supervisory Board Member Elected

On June 2, 2026, TeamViewer SE held its Annual General Meeting, where 29.95% of the share capital was represented. Shareholders approved all agenda items with a significant majority. The virtual format allowed for direct interaction between shareholders, the Supervisory Board, and the Management Board.

Andrea Euenheim was confirmed as an independent member of the Supervisory Board for a four-year term. She had been appointed by court in March 2026, and her confirmation came after her predecessor, Hera Kitwan Siu, stepped down. Euenheim joins the board alongside members like Ralf W.
