Capgemini has published a statement on its own share transactions for the period from July 13 to 17, 2026. During this period, several transactions were carried out on different markets. On July 13, 19,333 shares were acquired at an average price of €90.0628 on the XPAR market, and 3,667 shares at €89.8597 on the CEUX market.

On July 14, Capgemini purchased a total of 62,272 shares at prices ranging from €87.3515 to €89.0513 on the XPAR, CEUX, AQEU, and TQEX markets. On July 15, 25,000 shares were acquired at €91.2321. Finally, on July 16 and 17, a combined total of 185,000 shares was acquired, at prices around €91.70.
