The Capital Group Companies reduces its stake in Capgemini
The American company The Capital Group Companies announced, by letter received on April 3, 2025, that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of Capgemini's capital and voting rights. This sale took place on April 2, 2025.
The Capital Group now holds 8,562,833 shares, representing 4.997% of Capgemini's capital and voting rights. This threshold crossing is the result of the sale of shares on the market.
The Capital Group acts as an investment adviser for various funds, including the positions of Capital Research and Management Company and Capital Group International Inc. It currently also holds 149,282 Capgemini shares for other funds, without including these shares in the initial disclosure.
