Carbeeza Inc. Transitions to Agereh Technologies Inc., Grants Stock Options
Carbeeza Inc., a company focusing on AI technology solutions for the transportation sector, has announced a corporate name change to Agereh Technologies Inc. The transition will be effective from September 11, 2025, on the TSX Venture Exchange. New ISIN and CUSIP numbers have been assigned. Shareholders are not required to take any action regarding this change as outstanding share and warrant certificates remain unaffected.
The company also revealed the issuance of 300,000 stock options to certain employees and consultants. These options, priced at $0.12 per share, expire in five years. Immediate vesting applies to 50,000 options, with another 50,000 vesting on January 1, 2026. The remaining options vest based on performance milestones. These grants await TSX Venture Exchange approval where necessary.
