CARMAT, designer of the Aeson artificial heart, will hold its Combined General Meeting on June 26, 2025. The meeting will take place at 10:00 a.m. in Vélizy-Villacoublay. Shareholders can participate either in person or remotely by sending a proxy or voting by mail. A voting form is available on the CARMAT website.
