Board Composition Changes at Carmila
On 18 February 2026, Carmila announced a significant change in its Board of Directors. Cardif Assurance Vie, a corporate director of Carmila, appointed Mr. Alessandro di Cino as its new permanent representative. He succeeds Ms. Nathalie Robin. Mr. di Cino is the Real Estate Director at Cardif Assurance Vie and will also serve on the Strategic and Investment Committee and the CSR Committee.
Ms. Marie Cheval, Chair and CEO of Carmila, along with the Board, expressed gratitude towards Ms. Robin for her contributions since 2017. This change enhances gender parity, maintaining a balanced representation of six women among the twelve directors on the Board.
