Carmila's successful Green Bond issue
Carmila announced the successful issuance of a €300 million Green Bond, maturing in January 2033. This financial product carries a fixed annual coupon of 3.75%. The transaction attracted strong interest, being oversubscribed nearly eight times by French and international investors.
This initiative aligns with Carmila's strategy to extend its debt maturity, optimize its profile, and reduce its average costs. The funds raised will finance BREEAM-certified assets with a "Very Good" or "Excellent" rating.
Simultaneously, the company launched a tender offer for several existing bonds, closing on October 9, 2025, with results due on October 10, 2025.
