Correction of the number of voting rights at Carmila

Carmila has issued a statement to correct the previously announced number of voting rights. The inaccuracy concerned the number of rights after taking into account treasury shares. The correct figure as of May 31, 2026, is now 138,787,856 voting rights, compared to the theoretical 139,616,607 rights. This correction follows erroneous information disseminated on June 1. The amendment complies with the rules of Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

The correction is made in compliance with the legal requirements set forth in Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code. Carmila, with share capital of €837,699,642, has issued a total of 139,616,607 shares. Its registered office is located in Paris.
