Casino Group: Update of voting rights as of July 13, 2026
The Casino Group has released the latest information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of July 13, 2026. The company, headquartered in Saint-Étienne, announced a total of 613,959,108 voting rights. This figure results from the allocation of double voting rights, as provided for in Article 28-III of its articles of association.
It should be noted that the number of shares, namely 400,964,379, comprising Casino's share capital, remains unchanged. The voting rights exercisable at general meetings amount to 613,139,659. These figures reflect the current structure of voting rights within the group.
