Casino reduces its debt with the repayment of Quatrim bonds

On May 22, 2026, Groupe Casino announced that it had repaid €12.4 million of the secured debt of its subsidiary Quatrim. This repayment includes €12.3 million of principal and €0.1 million of accrued interest. This transaction reduces the total amount of Quatrim's secured bonds to €109 million.
