Castrol ON PG25 Cooling Fluids Validated for NVIDIA AI Factory and Data Centres

Castrol has announced that its cooling fluids, Castrol ON PG25 and PG25T, have been validated for use in NVIDIA AI infrastructure. This validation covers technical performance and material compatibility, enhancing Castrol's standing in the liquid cooling sector amidst increasing demands from AI-driven data centres.

The validation highlights the importance of effective cooling solutions for high-performance computing, which generate substantial heat. Castrol ON PG25 is suited for cooling components like CPUs and GPUs, reducing evaporative water loss and improving water usage effectiveness. This closed-loop system limits exposure to the atmosphere, contributing to its efficiency.

The comprehensive review considered corrosion resistance, thermal stability, and supply-chain resilience, affirming Castrol's capability to meet global demands.
