CBo Territoria Advances Combani District in Mayotte
CBo Territoria, a key real estate player, is advancing the Combani business district in Mayotte with new developments: the MARASHI services hub and the MULIMA retail park. Launched today with foundation stones laid, these projects aim to complement existing facilities and enhance economic growth in the area.
The MARASHI hub will serve as a center for banking, insurance, and professional services, featuring a unique architectural design to encourage interaction. Companies like Groupama and Allianz have already committed to joining.
The MULIMA retail park will offer 1,500 sqm of retail space, accommodating larger retailers with flexible unit sizes. Its contemporary design enhances the district's urban quality.
Both developments meet strict construction standards and are set for completion in 2027, reinforcing Combani's status as an integrated economic hub.
