CBo Territoria General Assembly: Preparatory Arrangements

CBo Territoria has set April 28, 2026, as the date for its Combined General Meeting, which will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the Hub Lizine in Sainte-Marie, Réunion. Shareholders can participate in the usual way, with a live webcast available on the company's website after pre-registration. A recording will be available on the website seven days after the meeting and for two years thereafter.

The preparatory documents, in accordance with Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, are available online and upon request to shareholders. Notices relating to the agenda have been and will be published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) and a legal gazette.

The next key dates include the publication of the results for the first half of 2026, scheduled for September 8, 2026.
