Development of the residential park: CBo Territoria and the delivery of Jardin des Gardénias

CBo Territoria has completed the first phase of the Jardin des Gardénias residence in Beauséjour, Sainte-Marie, with 42 Intermediate Rental Units (LLI). The next phase, comprising 36 units, is expected in October. This project, in partnership with the SHLMR (Swiss Housing Association), aims to improve quality of life through modern, environmentally friendly housing.

Jardin des Gardénias blends harmoniously into the sustainable setting of Beauséjour. Modern architecture and green spaces enhance its appeal. The functional and bright apartments are designed to meet today's needs.

At the same time, CBo Territoria is managing various projects in Réunion, totaling more than 200 lots, with the sale of 37 plots in Saint-Pierre currently underway following the success of the previous phases.
