Monthly statement of voting rights at CBo Territoria
The company CBo Territoria, registered under the RCS Saint-Denis, has revealed the monthly figures relating to its voting rights and shares in the share capital. As of February 28, 2025, the share capital consists of 36,547,394 shares. These shares total a theoretical number of voting rights equivalent to the number of shares.
However, the actual total voting rights amount to 35,267,969. This difference results from shares deprived of voting rights, in particular those in treasury. The details were provided in accordance with Article 223-16 of the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, ensuring transparency on capital movements.
