Publication of CBo Territoria voting rights for April 2025

CBo Territoria, a public limited company established in Réunion, communicates its monthly data concerning voting rights and shares as of April 30, 2025, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

CBo Territoria's share capital consists of 36,547,394 shares. In terms of voting rights, the theoretical total is identical to the number of shares, i.e., 36,547,394.
