Cembra Money Bank AG has opened a new office in the heart of Lausanne, enhancing its presence in French-speaking Switzerland. This step centralizes customer advisory services, sales, and support under one roof, aligning with the bank's strategy to adapt to market conditions and customer needs.

Positioned in the vibrant Flon district, the Lausanne office offers a modern environment where customers can access Cembra's full product suite. These include personal loans, credit cards, auto leasing, and complementary insurance options. About 50 employees operate in this new hub, emphasizing personalized and comprehensive customer service.

Peter Schnellmann, Business Unit Leader Lending at Cembra, highlighted the value of physical offices for customer interaction, reaffirming the bank's commitment to providing optimal support through all channels.
