Cembra Shareholders Approve Board Proposals at AGM 2026

On April 24, 2026, the Annual General Meeting of Cembra Money Bank AG took place in Zurich. A total of 395 shareholders participated, representing 16,161,408 registered shares, which account for 53.87% of the share capital.

All board members, including Chairman Franco Morra, were re-elected for another year. The dividend per share was approved at CHF 4.60, marking an 8.2% increase. Additionally, an extraordinary dividend of CHF 1.00 per share was approved, bringing the total to CHF 5.60. The payment date is set for April 30, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of April 28, 2026.
