CERDIOS SE Acquires Stake in IFM Fund Management
On July 10, 2025, CERDIOS SE announced a strategic acquisition of a 9.95% stake in IFM Fund Management AD, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. This acquisition involves 46,925 shares and is set to be compensated through the issuance of 250,000 new shares in CERDIOS SE at an issue price of EUR 1 per share.
The transaction, however, awaits approval from CERDIOS SE's Annual General Meeting. The valuation of this contribution in kind was conducted by BDO (Liechtenstein) AG under the guidance of the company's Board of Directors.
This move marks a significant investment step for CERDIOS SE, as they expand their portfolio and strategic engagements within the financial sector.
