Cerinnov Group: Monthly Declaration of Shares and Voting Rights
Cerinnov Group, a specialist in robotic engineering and innovative equipment for Industry 4.0, has published its monthly statement regarding the number of shares and voting rights. As of January 31, 2025, the Limoges-based group held 4,943,934 capital shares. Theoretical voting rights amount to 6,398,464.
Regarding treasury shares, Cerinnov holds 11,067 bearer shares without voting rights. The voting rights that can be exercised, after deduction of treasury shares, are 6,387,397. These data are reported in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
