Cerinnov Group temporarily transferred to the 'Penalty Bench'

Cerinnov Group, specialized in robotic engineering and industrial equipment, announces the temporary transfer of its shares to the "Penalty Bench" compartment of Euronext as of May 16, 2025. This decision results from a delay in the publication of its 2024 Annual Financial Report. As a result, Euronext has applied Article 7.3.1 of the Euronext Growth rules.

Trading in CERINNOV GROUP shares continues as normal. However, some investors may encounter restrictions with their banking institutions. Cerinnov Group has postponed the publication of its report, initially scheduled for April 24, 2025, to finalize the audit. The new publication date will be announced shortly, along with the date of the General Meeting.
