Monthly Declaration of Shares and Voting Rights of Cerinnov Group
On July 3, 2025, Cerinnov Group, a specialist in robotics engineering for Industry 4.0, published its monthly disclosure regarding the number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF Regulation. As of June 30, 2025, the company had 5,075,850 shares in capital.
Theoretical voting rights total 6,525,187. However, exercisable voting rights amount to 6,518,464. This difference is due to the treasury holding of 6,723 shares without voting rights.
Cerinnov Group, headquartered in Limoges, maintains regular communication on its shares and voting rights, in accordance with current regulations.
