Cerrado Gold Inc. Shareholders Approve All Meeting Matters
Cerrado Gold Inc. announced the successful results of its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held recently. All resolutions presented at the meeting received overwhelming approval from the shareholders. A significant turnout was noted, with 30,873,502 common shares voted, representing 23.26% of the total outstanding shares.
The election of directors saw strong support, with Mark Brennan, Maria Virginia Anzola, Robert Campbell, Christopher Jones, Kurt Menchen, Rui Santos, and Robert Sellars all receiving approval ratings exceeding 98%. McGovern Hurley LLP was reappointed as the company auditor with 99.157% of votes in favor.
The amended Omnibus Incentive Plan also passed, with 96.396% approval from disinterested shareholders. This plan aims to enhance Cerrado's incentive structure for employees and executives.
