CEWE Announces Share Buyback Program

CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA, a prominent company listed on the SDAX, has authorized a share buyback program. Announced on September 14, 2026, the program will involve repurchasing up to 150,000 shares, with an equivalent value of 18 million euros. This acquisition will occur through the stock market from September 15, 2026, to April 16, 2027, representing approximately 2% of the company's share capital.

The buyback follows an authorization from the Annual General Meeting on June 15, 2022, permitting the acquisition of treasury shares up to 10% of total capital.
